We want you to be happy with your cloak or cape. If it is not right for you, you can return it.
14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the day you (or a person you designate) receive your order to tell us you want to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason. This applies to all customers in France and the European Union, and we apply the same 14-day window to all our customers.
How to return an item
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery via our contact form, with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. You may also use any clear written statement or the EU model withdrawal form.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us about your withdrawal, using a trackable shipping method.
Condition of returned items
Please return the item in its original condition and packaging. You may handle the item to check its nature, characteristics and fit, as you would in a shop. If the item has been worn, washed or damaged beyond what is needed to check it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
Return shipping costs
The direct cost of returning the item is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not the item you ordered — in that case we cover the return cost.
Refunds
We refund the full amount paid for the item, including the original standard delivery cost (if any), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may wait until we have received the item back (or proof that you have sent it) before refunding. Refunds are made to your original payment method, at no extra cost to you.
Faulty or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and a photo. You also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Exchanges
Our cloaks and capes are one size. If you would like a different colour or model, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
